Overview

This course is more or less an introduction to MEMS(Micro Electronics and Mechanical Systems). Its better to have knowledge of 4602,4603 in the widest sense however if you have studied VLSI in bachelors it will most likely be on par with following the course.

Course structure:

It includes classes along with a industry talk. It has 2 assignments and pre quiz before every class. The final exam is in accordance with quizes which makes it easy to attempt.

Maximizing mark:

Pre class quizes is the best area to maximise the  mark
